Hi. My name is Kelley Prichard and I live in the central Arkansas area, just outside Little Rock. I too have a soft spot for the giants, I have rescued a Great Dane & a Mastiff and kept both as my personal pets. They are the best! I run a small scale dog rescue out of my home here, mostly pulling dogs from the euthanasia list at the local animal control facility. Currently I have 24 dogs in my care, here at my home. I am a bit overwhelmed and really do not have room for another dog. But there is a sweet giant at Animal Control that is in great danger of being euthanized. He is very adoptable and just as sweet and gentle as can be, but the animal control facility is out of space. I've attached a pic of him, which doesn't do him justice at all. He is much more handsome in person! He probably weighs about 120#. Please help this sweet boy. If necessary, I will pay for his neuter and give him his vaccinations. I just don't have a place to put him. Is there any possibility of someone in your rescue helping him? Please let me know asap. They can put him down tomorrow if no one helps him. I went into his cage on Friday and loved on him, and he was just such a sweetie. I had hoped that I would be able to get some of mine adopted out this week and therefore have room for him, but I wasn't able to get anyone adopted this week, so I have no room. Please, please let me know asap if you can help, so I can call them and make sure they don't euthanize him. Thank you so much for considering this sweet, big boy.
